Founded on a Simple Principle
Ignite Safety Solutions was established in 2018 by David Okafor after more than a decade working in fire safety for some of London's largest property management firms. David saw a gap in the market: residential landlords needed the same quality of fire safety advice that commercial clients received, but with a more personal, accessible approach.
Today, we serve over 200 landlords and managing agents across London, from individual property owners to firms managing portfolios of 500+ units. Our boutique model means every client works directly with a senior consultant who understands their properties and compliance requirements inside out.
We believe fire safety should be straightforward, not stressful. That is the guiding principle behind everything we do.
